DMi Article: Think on your feet – and your hooves!
Horses4Change’s Leadership Development workshop has been in full swing during this week’s fabulous weather. We kept our ‘talk & chalk’ sessions to a minimum to take advantage of the sun and the Equine Assisted Learning elements of the programme.
We had fantastic effort and response from all our delegates and the horses played their part in posing the challenges and actions that we expected from them.
All our delegates agreed that this innovative way of learning gave them immediate feedback and enabled them to implement their leadership learning into their way of being. The sessions made them think on their feet and gave them much to reflect on throughout the sessions and to take away, think about and process.
Our next leadership programme is on October 1st to 3rd 2018 (maximum number: 6, only 4 places left).
