EQ is the Key to Leadership
I increasingly believe that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the key to leadership. And, if as I do believe, that Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is the primary business management and strategic execution process, then EQ must find its place in IBP – which I believe it does in the People Development Review step of the DMi IBP process.
