The Workshop will be conducted, on-line, in four x 2-hour weekly modules every Tuesday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm (BST) starting Tuesday, 02 February through to 23 February.

• * Module 1 (Tuesday, 02 February 2021): Introduction and Strategic Execution of IBP
• * Module 2 (Tuesday, 09 February 2021): Process Overview and Global Application
• * Module 3 (Tuesday, 16 February 2021): Process Steps in Detail
• * Module 4 (Tuesday, 23 February 2021): Process Development, Implementation and Change Management

This on-line workshop is based upon the latest IBP ‘6 Step’ model developed by DMi.

Delegates will learn the latest thought leadership on best practice IBP development and implementation. It will enable them to develop a company specific application of IBP and to become change agents for the IBP process and critically important culture and behaviour challenges. They will gain the understanding that IBP is not a systems solution, or a supply chain process it is a critical business management process. That creates visibility of ‘gaps’ and enables decision to close those gaps or open up positive growth opportunities.

The workshops are presented by Dave Manning – a leading-edge thinker and pioneer in IBP/S&OP for more than 30 years. I have worked in more than 70 countries with companies such as PepsiCo, Mars, Rolls-Royce Cars, Cadbury, Abbott, BAT, JCB and CAT.
